On 21 March 2026, we released the new species, Crested Wisteria. It features 16 variations, each shaped as a bush in the form of either a hen or a rooster. These have been beautifully modelled by our collaborator Kizi Wonder. The set includes 10 common PlantPets, 5 rares, and one limited edition dedicated to Easter 2026.

After much thought and planning, we’re excited to announce that the PlantPets Main Store & Market have relocated to a moderate full region!
The new region officially opens on 31st March 2025.
The expanded market now features 33 premium shops for pet breeders and continues to celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and the vibrant PlantPets breeder community that has flourished for over 18 years. A green alien bunny hopped out, clutching a basket of mysterious purple flowers. It introduced itself as Xyllo, a curious visitor from a distant little green planet inhabited entirely by intelligent green bunnies.

Yesterday, we released the new Romulea species, featuring 8 common, 1 seasonal, and 4 rare Romulea plantpets. A limited edition, Romulea *Fudge*, was also introduced - specially created for Easter 2025.
The Romulea plantpets have been designed by our talented collaborator, Monellis. Each Romulea comes in a charming Easter bunny-shaped planter: a chocolate bunny for the limited edition, a pink bunny for the seasonal version, and a blue bunny for the rare elite Romuleas.
